Question  How much does the Fun Machine cost?
Answer The Fun Machine is FREE and comes with any of the individual games you buy. With the CD version in Australia and New Zealand you can get great swap cards with these packs too which can also be used in a board game which is free with games 5 and up.
Meanwhile, you can dress up your Fun Machine with a variety of skins which are available free from this web shop.

Question Where can I get games for the Fun Machine?
Answer Games for the Fun Machine are in the shops now, at least in Australia and New Zealand. By January 2004 you will be able to buy them in the UK too and also online at www.k29edutainment.com.

Question Can I play any of the games over the Internet with my friends?
Answer Sorry, not yet, but we are working on that.

Question I'm having a bit of a problem installing my game into the Fun Machine. It says I have to enter my account name and the unlock code but nothing I do seems to work - Help!!!!
Answer If you purchased the game from our online shop and downloaded it you would have been sent an email giving you your own unique unlock code. If you bought the game on a CD then you will need the unlock code which is on the inside right-hand side of the packaging and will be 8 characters long.
Now when you get to the message which says, for instance, Plop Shop has been installed, just click OK.
Next, on the screen which asks for the accountgame name or game name, Click your mouse in the top line and type in the email address you used when buying the game.

If using a CD version then type in the NAME of the GAME. It seems to work best if you enter the name of the game in lowercase characters and with no spaces so Plop Shop should be entered as plopshop

Don't press Enter yet!
Click your mouse in the bottom line and type in the unlock code. And then click on the OK button.

It is important to be accurate in your typing as the Fun Machine takes what you type in at the top, applies a calculation to it and tries to match the result with what you type in on the bottom line.

Once they match, then you should see a picture of the game in one of the bubbles in the Fun Machine - and you'll never have to do this again - until you install another game of course, I hope!
