The awards recognize creativity and excellence in multimedia as applied to education, art & culture, business, marketing & advertising, entertainment etc - the event celebrates the very best of production.
Ratbags at Windy Towers has already received honours by winning the 2002 ATOM Awards in the category of Best Educational CD-ROM/Website and it now looks to show the Europeans that Australia is as good as the rest of the world.
Ratbags at Windy Towers, is an educational CD-Rom maths game, aimed at ages 8 and up. It is the second in a series of exciting and entertaining games produced by this skilled group of young professionals from Perth, WA. Ratbags is a game of ratbaggery and defeated deceit set in the weird, wonderful and very, very silly world of Windy Towers. Not only are the characters and animation superb, the humour appealing to all ages but the underlying mathematical challenges are based on a proven and tested pedagogy. This game is guaranteed to have the kids excited and coming back for more.
e-Vac-U8! from Windy Towers was Fun-Ed's first maths game containing 18 mathematical challenges for kids aged 7 and up. It was launched in August 2001 and set the standard of educating kids about mathematics in a fun way. This year, eVac-U8! won the WAITTA awards in March 2002 and received an AIMIA Highly Commended award.

Fun-Ed's future plans include a series of Science and technology games which promise to be every bit as exciting as Ratbags at Windy Towers and eVac-U8! from Windy Towers.
