Lizard Edutainment Pty Ltd and Fun-Ed are very proud to announce that they have won one of the most prestigious competitions in Australia - the 2003 Secrets of Australian IT Innovation in the e-learning category.
Out of 194 entries from around Australia 78 were shortlisted to proceed to the second round of judging in a variety of categories. 11 of those companies were in the e-learning category.
The second phase of judging involved the production of a short video presentation.
The final results were announced at a function on 4 September 2003 in Sydney and winners certificates presented by Senator the Hon Richard Alston, Minister for Communications, IT and the Arts.
The Secrets of Australian IT Innovation Competition is supported by the Innovation Access Program which is an initiative of Backing Australia's Ability and funding is provided jointly by the Department of Education, Science and Training and the Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources.
